Wife of for presidential candidate John Edwards spent the day criticizing the health care plan of both fellow Democrat Barack Obama and Republican John McCain. My question is, why are you talking when nobody cares what you say. Not surprisingly, as a white woman, she said that she supports the health care plan of Hillary Clinton. You may think this mean John Edwards will endorse Clinton, but in 2007 she admitting to disagreeing with her husband on many subjects, including gay marriage. I have respect for Mrs. Edwards and was happy she was able to beat cancer, but you have never held any office before, so stop talking. We want to hear from John Edwards, and who he supports; to bad he isn't as forthcoming. Your opinion does not matter, and nobody cares.

These politcians will never learn. It seems like Republicans and Democrats are firing as much as themselves, as they do to the oppisite party. Don't they realize that they are only hurting their party, as the public wants to vote for a unified party. Dobson claims in regards to McCain "I have seen no evidence that Sen. McCain is successfully unifying the Republican Party or drawing conservatives into his fold. To the contrary, he seems intent on driving them away.” While this may or may not be true, why go public about this, giving the Democrats an avenue to attack in the general election. Privatley discuss this with McCain and other Republicans. They are complaining that McCain isn't conservative enough. Obama was rated the most Liberal member of congressm so he would be the Devil to them. I just don't understand how stupid politicians are.

Today, Hillary Clinton played the role of captain obvious, saying in Montana, "My take on it is a lot of Sen. Obama's supporters want to end this race because they don't want people to keep voting." Well, yes, obviously Obama and his people want to end the race! For one, they are winning, they will win and have no chance of loosing, and this race only hurts the Dems chances in the general election. So they want to end it, but not because they want people to stop voting.

Representative Cleaver, a man who declared support for Clinton last year, today on a Canadian radio show declared ""I will be stunned if Obamba is not the next president of the United States." He said he is still rooting for Clinton to win, comparing to his homtown football team, the Kansas City Chiefs, saying he roots for them though he doesn't expect them to win. I appreciate the honesty, and that he didn't succumb to the pressure like many other black politicians, but why would you do something to hurt who you are supporting. It is just stupid.

Bush Plays Baseball Rather Than Fix Country

Bush's approval rating was once as high as 90%, but now it is at an all time low of about 30% according to various polls. Once of the least popular presidents of all time still had time to play baseball today, throwing the opening pitch at the Washington Nationals game. I know it is a great honor, but give me a break. We are in a recession, I our president should of been doing something more productive. Worse, the crowds didn't even cheer for him, rather they boo'ed him. Common sense would say McCain should be doubling both Clinton and Obama in fundraising, as he would get all Republican donors, while the Democratic $$$ would be split. Well common sense would be wrong. So far, McCain has earned $64 million or 1/3rd of Obama’s amazing $193 million or Clinton's $169 million overall so far. This could spell trouble for McCain. Most experts believe it is his lack of ability to raise money online. But, he is pretty old, so back in his day there was no Internet, so you can't blame him.

In midst of the most important election in our lifetime, Bill Clinton wants Democrats who want Hillary to drop out to "chill out." No Mr. Clinton, you need to drop out, in order to preserve your legacy and give the Democrats a chance in November. Hillary has acknowledged there is no way she can catch up with Obama in pledged delegates, so her only hope is super delegates or a brokered convention. Clinton's message right now is that all states should get to be heard, its the American thing. That sounds all great, but there is a huge contradiction. By her own admission, super delegates or a brokered convention is the only way she can win the nomination, which means no one in America will be heard at all. I don't think anyone has the right to tell Hillary when to drop out, and agree with Obama that she can "run as long as she wants," but it looks as though she has a deep hatred of Obama, as it is clear it would be best for the party if she dropped out.

Rather than campaign and talk about the issues, Barack Obama, along with several other top Pennsylvania democrats spent the day bowling, and bowling very poorly. Obama's score was 37. He jokingly said "My economic plan is better than my bowling." After spending months complaining that Michigan and Florida voters would be disenfranchised if their votes did not count (and the Clintons had a good point here), Bill shined the light on a ridiculous idea which displayed great hypocrisy. Desperate for a calculation that would give Hillary an advantage, Bill noted how in primary states "Hillary's only 16 votes behind in pledged delegates and she's gonna wind up with the lead in the popular vote in the primary states. She's gonna wind up with the lead in the delegates in primary states (Oh, and didn't Clinton say that there are no such things as pledged delegates, and they are free to choose just as the superdelegates?) . . . It's the caucuses that have been killing us". The Democrats gave up all hope in Florida, and Michigan will now be a battle ground and swing state. Why not disenfranchise all the caucus states so that the Democrats have no chance in the general election. Longtime Clinton advisor Carville (seen above) compared Bill Richardson, the countries only Hispanic senator, to Judas last week because he choose to endorse Obama over Clinton. Having a chance to apologize today, he instead wrote an article in the Washington Post today titles "Richardson Is Still Judas To Me." It looks like Democrats are on there way giving away a 3rd straight election, as they are not united. Consider this, if Richardson had endorsed before Texas, Obama wins Texas and this race is over. As Richardson said before Texas, he didn't want to decide for Hispanics, he wanted them to choose for themselves, so he was doing Clinton a favor. Carville feels that Richardson is obligated to endorse Clinton; this is why Obama is winning, the Clinton's feel as thought it is their birth right to own the office.
